Description

EACE's Professional Exchange Program provides the opportunity for career center staff to visit employers during the summer months in order to explore career pathways, learn current recruiting processes, uncover internship options and discover potential partnerships.

Registration opens May 1, 2019 at 12:00 PM EDT and is available to EACE members only. Employer members are not eligible, as the program is designed for college career center professionals only.

SITE VISIT DESCRIPTION / AGENDA

  • Meet with our lead Philadelphia recruiter who will take you through a general overview of the company and its history as well as the positions we have available and the career paths following those positions.

  • Tour of the office.

  • Shadow sales reps at different stages of their career from trainee to team lead as well as Logistics Coordinators.

  • Somehands-on activities for you to give you an idea of what it is like to work in logistics and make sales.

  • Over lunch you will meet with our floor managers.

  • Opportunity to review your resume with our recruiter.
