Description

PowerAmerica's 2019 Wide Bandgap Summer Workshop will be held Tuesday, Aug. 6-Thursday, Aug. 8, at the James B. Hunt Jr. Library on N.C. State University's Centennial Campus.

The workshop will be an informative, industry-focused gathering of stakeholders from across the SiC and GaN semiconductor supply chains. It will provide ample opportunity to meet expert practitioners, network with industry participants and students, and learn about the latest developments in the market and advancements in wide bandgap devices and power electronics applications. Additionally, the workshop will include a tutorial on device and module packaging, as well as the opportunity to participate in technology roadmapping.
