If I have more than one child do I need more than one ticket?
You will need to purchase a ticket per photo needed (one for individuals and one for sibling photos).

Do I need to come in my 30 minute time slot?
Yes, please sign up for appropriate time slot and arrive within that period. This will help avoid long lines and wait times.

What if I need a refund?
Tickets can be refunded up to 30 days prior to event date. No refunds for any reason will be issued after that.

Refunds must be requested via EventBrite website. We are unable to process a refund via phone call as it must be generated through the EventBrite website.
