2019 FASD 3rd Annual Forum: Working Together for Ohio's Families

Registration closes September 10, 2019. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. CEs are being applied for.


Keynote Presenter:

Ira Chasnoff, M.D. for the Children’s Research Triangle in Chicago. Internationally renowned pediatrician whose research and clinical work is well respected and cited in this field.


Session Details:

The goal of the presentation is to raise awareness about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) during FASD Awareness and Prevention Month, understand the impact of prenatal alcohol exposure on the long-term cognitive and behavioral development of the child, learn about evidence-based interventions to treat individuals with FASD and to energize the community to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to tackle these important issues.esearch Triangle in Chicago, will be the guest speaker of the Annual Forum 2019.   1. Develop relations between various agencies who interface individuals with FASD in the state of Ohio
  2. Foster knowledge, training and collaboration for diagnostic and treatment options for FASD
  3. Build a community network of professionals for consultation/training/support
