Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to admin@jeffersoncompanies.com or fax 504-837-4885. Cancellations received on or before September 1, 2019 will be refunded less a $50 per person processing fee. A service fee of $25 will be charged to change names of initial registrants. Cancellations postmarked after September 1, 2019 will be issued a credit, less the $50 per person processing fee. This credit must apply either towards the purchase of 2019 CDs and/or DVDs (if offered), or partial payment of 2020 Conference registration fees. Credits expire on December 31, 2020. No-shows without prior written notice of cancellation will not be refunded or credited. Exceptions cannot be made to this policy.
