MORNING SESSION - WRITING CIRCLE AND MIXED MEDIA ARTS GROUP
Lovers of poetry and writing gather 'round! In this monthly community writer's circle, we will explore and discuss the works of beloved poets and write in response. Using the five-step biblitherapy model, we will explore and discuss what is meaningful to us and are invited to create our own work, to share or not. No prior writing experience needed. Emphasis is on expression, not craft. In this method, we will also intertwine aspects of collage work, group building and movement. Most appropriate for adults and older adolescents.
This is an open personal growth group (not a therapy group) and new members are always welcome!
10am - 12noon, coffee and tea available
