Event description

About this Event

We are excited to partner with Direct Supply and Evergreen Retirement Community to bring the first "Innovation Challenge on the Aging Community" to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh!

This event will take students through the method of understanding the issue to creating innovative solutions - testing/validating - and finally presenting their solution - all in a 24 hour period! We have over $2,000 in cool prizes, lots of food, and an amazing group of mentor volunteers.

This is a campus wide event open to any student at UW Oshkosh, UW Fox Valley and UW Fond du Lac. Teams of students, representing all disciplines on campus, will come together to tackle a challenge and improve the lives of the aging community.

Evergreen Retirement Community will present these challenges at the Friday evening kickoff event and be available throughout the day on Saturday.
