FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The open bar hour is 21+ (5:30 - 6:45pm). All ages are welcome to the presentation (7:00 - 9:00pm).

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Visit: Town Hall Location, Directions, Parking. Please enter at the main entrance on 8th avenue.

Town Hall Seattle’s recent historic landmark renovations have prioritized accessibility. There is an at-grade entrance on 8th avenue with access to the lobby where the main event will be held. Restrooms are available for all genders and bodies, including ADA-accessible restrooms on the lobby level. Wheelchair and companion seats are available throughout the performance space. A new hearing loop system has been installed, and there is braille on permanent room signage.

If you would like to discuss physical or cognitive accessibility needs for this program, please e-mail Professional Programs Manager Cassie Blair.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are not refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another guest if you are not able to attend.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Either printed tickets or mobile tickets will be accepted and scanned at the door.

How do I manage distributing group tickets?

The purchaser of group tickets is responsible for distributing an individual ticket to each attendee of choice. We recommend printing group tickets so that each individual is given a ticket with a unique QR code.

If I submitted a project to the Honor Awards, do I get to attend the live event for free?

Yes! Submitters receive one free ticket per project submission to distribute to whomever they choose. Submitters received their promo code link on Oct 1 via e-mail.
