Early Bird Rates End January 11 at midnight, 2019! Online registration will close at midnight on Wednesday, January 16th. Walk-ins are still welcome to register all conference days!

Join us January 17-19, 2019 for Growing Our Future Harvest: FHCASA's 20th Annual Conference! One of the largest sustainable ag conferences in the lower Mid-Atlantic, this robust winter gathering brings together farmers, chefs, advocates, and foodies for 3 full days of learning, networking, and good food.

We encourage you to take advantage of Future Harvest CASA membership as it discounts your winter conference registration, discounts year-round field programming, and gives your voice to Future Harvest policy and voting at our annual Membership Meeting. New memberships and renewals can also be purchased with your conference ticket at check-out on this site.

Items of Note for 2019

  • New this year: full-day Thursday intensives for in-depth learning! Thursday pre-conference sessions are stand-alone - these tickets can be purchased separately on this registration page under "tickets." Read full intensive descriptions on our website HERE!

  • We will once again be offering a one-day ticket option (for Friday or Saturday).

Tracks & Session Changes

  • We will once again be offering Farmer to Farmer Chats: informal, audience-driven “chat” session where farmers can enjoy peer-to-peer problem-solving and brainstorming. There will be very short or no presentations at these sessions. Farmers can talk about what works for them and what doesn’t while learning new ideas from all who attend these roundtable discussions.

Meal Changes

  • Lunch and Dinner will be served Friday, January 18th. Breakfast and lunch will be served Saturday, January 19th.

  • There will be no breakfast served on Friday, January 18th. For those of you that are waking up at the Marriott on Friday morning, there is an on-site cafe and restaurant.

*Please note registration fees do not include overnight accommodations and conference participants will need to reserve accommodations separately. Hotel rooms within the group block are $125/night, not including taxes and fees. Rooms must be reserved by January 7th, 2019 to qualify for the group rate. TO PAY BY CHECK: This question comes up a lot! If you would like to pay by check, please add all of the tickets you want to purchase to your cart and underneath the payments button, you will click on "Show other payment methods." Next, you will be prompted to click "Pay Offline." This will then walk you through the check payment process including the mailing address for checks. *Please pay the total amount shown. Eventbrite still charges us their fees for checks. Thank you!
