10th Annual Georgia Bike Summit presented by Bike Law Georgia!

Georgia's only statewide gathering for bicycle advocates and people that want to make bicycling safer, more accessible and equitable, and better for all.

When: Friday and Saturday, September 27-28 2019

Where: Georgia State University in downtown Atlanta, GA

Who: Bicycle advocates, community members, industry representatives, planners + engineers, elected officials, government staff members, and more!

George Dusenbury (Trust for Public Land) on the creation of the Georgia outdoor recreation coalition

Brent Buice (East Coast Greenway) on the ECG, bike tourism, connecting trails to cities, and economic opportunity

Kate Gates (Mulberry Gap) + Brett Davidson (MTB Atlanta) on mountain bike tourism in Georgia + growth of trails as both daily recreation and destination tourism

Earl Serafica (Earl's Bike Shop) on opening a bike shop and engaging with the community about bicycles as daily transportation and recreation

TJ Kaplan (JL Morgan) on the broader political landscape in Georgia and looking forward to 2020's legislative session


Welcome to Atlanta Group Ride

6:00-6:30PM - meet at Woodruff Park (corner of Peachtree St and Auburn Ave) for monthly Atlanta Critical Mass with 300+ riders! Inclusive, no drop 12-15 mile long ride at 10mph pace.

Rides leaves at 6:45PM and ends at Georgia Beer Garden (420 Edgewood Ave SE) around 8:15-8:30PM for an after party!
