Event description

Description

Since its inception in 2014, the Finding Inspiration and Resilience in Medicine (FIRM) Conference has made reshaping the culture of medicine and mental health of healthcare workers its highest priority. The conference has explored many strategies for improving practitioner well-being and ways in which we can change the culture and grow the future of medicine. Over the years, we have made incredible progress in our mission to develop inspired health professionals and resilient medical communities.

This year, we continue to challenge the medical community to grow the culture in an ever healthier direction. We are looking beyond mere survival, business as usual, and just getting by. It is time for medical practitioners to stop merely surviving and start thriving. It is time to grow the future of medicine.

Please dress comfortably for this event, especially if you will be attending morning yoga or an interactive session.
