Train with us on the Fall Flat course on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 10 am for about an hour - group traiing runs led by one of our trail ambassadors are free and fun. No registration is required. Bring freinds and become familiar with the course.   Meet by the flag pole in front of the Carousel in Willowbrook Park, Eton Place off of Richmond Avenue.

About the Course

Fall Flat takes you along the White Trail and around Willowbrook Lake; it is flat and well suited for novice runners and walkers as well as more competitive athletes. The trails wind and turn, and you must follow course markers to ensure you head in the right direction  You will encounter uneven surfaces, gullies, tree roots, logs, rocks, foot bridges and mud - it's a trail race!  The course is clearly marked with overhead ribbons.  Course marshalls are in place to provide assistance. There is one water stop mid-course.  Go here to view a map of the entire Greenbelt trail system.

Timing, Race Shirts and Awards/Medals

The race is professionally chip-timed culminating in an awards ceremony.  First, second and third place medals will be presented in 12 age caterories. Refreshments and a wicking shirt with the Fall Flat logo are provided for pre-registered runners.  Race photos are posted on the "The Greenbelt Conservancy" facebook page within 48 hours of race day.

Race bibs, timing chips and shirts or hats will be distributed on race day. Arrive early to pick-up.  Same day registration is $35.00 - register early to save money!  Start time is 10 am.

We are not able to refund race fees but can help you transfer your bib number to a person of your choice within 24 hours of race day.
