2019 Evergreen International Conference

PaILS is proud to sponsor the 2019 Evergreen International Conference at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in Valley Forge, PA from Thursday, April 25 – Saturday, April 27, 2019. Pre-conference activities will take place on April 24, 2019.

The hotel block is at the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge at a conference rate of $129 per night.

The Valley Forge Casino Resort is serviced by the Philadelphia International Airport and is in the vicinity of historic areas such as the Valley Forge National Park, shopping such as the massive King of Prussia Mall, and about 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia … and there is a casino on-site! There will be many fun and interesting things to do and see, in addition to attending the conference!

Registration Fees:

Early Bird Full Conference (through February 22): $220

Full Conference (after February 22): $250

Pre-conference day: $80

Early Single Day (through February 22): $110

Single Day (after February 22): $125

What's the refund policy?

Full refunds, less a $30 processing fee, will be issued up to 50 days after registration. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any refunds beyond 50 days after a registration. Four weeks prior to the start date of the conference, we will be unable to offer any refunds or invoices. IOW, no refunds after 3/27/2019.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, just some form of ID.
