Over two days, the 2019 EEHS School offers attendees 27 courses in three consecutive tracks for a total of nine sessions covering current issues in air quality, water quality, solid and hazardous waste, occupational safety and health, energy, sustainability, and much more.

As an exhibitor at the 2019 EEHS School you will have:

  • Exposure to a targeted audience of environmental, energy, health and safety professionals
  • Access to the attendee database with full contact information for your pre-event and post-event mailings
  • Promotion through social media, NCMA website and NCMA member eblasts.
  • Visibilty with mapped exhibit hall location and your company description in our Conference App (new this year)

Interacting With Attendees

Extended breaks between sessions, two buffet luncheons, and an evening reception bring exhibitors face to face with senior-level environmental, energy, health and safety professionals representing small, medium and large companies and governmental organization looking for EEHS solutions.

To encourage booth traffic and engagement, each attendee receives an Exhibition Hall Drawing Card. This card must be stamped by all exhibitors for an attendee to be eligible to participate in a drawing for a Grand Exhibit Hall Prize of $1,000 cash. Additionally, each exhibitor may choose to participate in a round of special prize drawings at your booth. Conference representatives will come to your booth and randomly draw a name for a prize that you the exhibitor choose to sponsor.

2019 Exhibitor Information

Last year's EEHS School Exhibitors may reserve their exhibit space before any new exhibitors are accepted for 2019. Business Partners who exhibit as a condition of membership receive priority placement in the order of their registration. The deadline for renewal of exhibit space by returning exhibitors is May 17, 2019. Exhibitor applications from both renewing and new exhibitors will be accepted beginning May 18, 2019 and will be processed in the order that the paid application is received.

Floor Plan for 2019

This year, EEHS School is expanding the number of exhibit booths available. Demand has been high and we had to turn away exhibitors in 2018! The final floor plan with booth locations for the 2019 EEHS School is available at https://www.myncma.org/eehs-exhibitors/.
