According to Conference Co-organizer Chas Kaplan, “We want to concentrate this year on the workshops that have more interest from the community, we’ve learned a few things from the feedback we received over the last couple years.”

The conference is aimed not only to those in the industry inside of Ohio but across the Midwest.

"This is a show literally for anyone in the industry that has an interest in mobile business operations," states co-organizer Mike Gallicchio.

Workshops will focus on current mobile food operators and aspiring operators of all business skill sets including those with or without food trucks, trailers and carts.

This conference is not only an opportunity to learn but also network with colleagues and new friends. Attendees from all segments of the industry including Culinary Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Food Educators and Policy Makers are encouraged to attend.
