Booths are not confirmed until full payment and all completed documents have been submitted.

Booths are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Booth spaces will be assigned by CIM approximately 1 week prior to the event and are subject to change.

Special event insurance for your company is included in the booth fee.

Additional Benefits:
The Construction Industry of Maui will be heavily advertising on 4 radio stations for 3 months prior to the show as well as print advertisements in The Maui News.

We expect over 4,000 consumers to attend the show.

We encourage vendors to advertise and market the 2019 Home Show to support the radio, print and social media advertising being provided by the Construction Industry of Maui.

There will be a live radio broadcast during the show Friday and Saturday.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

What can I bring into the event?

  • No roof of any kind on your booth.
  • All trash, including pallets, must be removed from exhibit area before Home Show opens. DO
  • NOT place in trash bins. You must remove it when packing up. Cardboard boxes must be kept out of public view and discarded in designated cardboard recycling bins.
  • Exhibitor assumes responsibility for any stickers found on property, from any giveaways or selling.
  • Remove everything you brought on property upon leaving. Venue recommends all structures (including displays and banners) have a height restriction of 12 feet from the ground. Structures taller than 12 feet will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Booths must have professional signage (banners). No handwritten signs (Exhibitors are required to display proper signage, i.e. printed banners).
  • Bring your own table cloths and additional tables and chairs, if needed.
  • Booth displays must remain intact for all Home Show hours. Early breakdown could affect participation in future Home Shows.
  • GE License is required for all sales transactions on the Home Show grounds. License must be displayed in booth. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring compliance with the State of Hawaii
  • Department of Taxation Cash Economy Enforcement Act of 2009 (Act 134). Contact the Department of Taxation for more information.
  • All decorative and display material must be appropriate for the theme and venue. Attractive booths attract customers.
  • Exhibitors have the right to display their services to the best of their ability, but not to interfere, disrupt or cause a problem for other exhibitors due to microphones, loud music or other demonstration/pitch elements.
