Event background:

Finland was among the first few Western countries, together with Denmark and Sweden, to recognize the People’s Republic of China. In 1952, Finland invited China to participate in Olympic Games held in Helsinki, which was the first time for China to do so. Our President Xi views the Sino-Finnish relationship as setting an “example for peaceful coexistence and friendly exchanges between two countries that are different in size, culture and development level,” with great opportunities for expanding cooperation based on win-win solutions, equality and mutual respect.

Year 2019 will be " China-Finland Sports Year", Finnish President Sauli Niinistö will also pay official visit to China in January 2019. As the amount of Chinese companies entering Finland has been increasing signifcantly, it is very important for Chinese and Finnish enterprises and governmental officials to strengthen mutual understanding and trust through networking.

Chinese New Year is the most important festivel all Chinese all over the world. China Moutai and Juneyao Airline would like to invite you to celebrate with us! This will be a great opportunity to meet old friends and make new friends by understanding our Chinese traditional culture.

2019年是“中芬体育运动年”, 1月份芬兰总统再度访华，随着越来越多的中资企业走进芬兰，通过联谊加强企业之间的互相了解和信任尤为重要。

春节是全世界华人的传统节日，中国贵州茅台和吉祥航空将于2019年1月29日（小年夜）举办新春联谊会，邀请中芬政界、商界人士共度春节，深入了解中国传统文化。
