2019 Argentinian Wine Dinner at Rural Hill

Description
Come out to the farm on Saturday, February 9th for a culinary experience to be remembered. An Argentinian style feast cooked over hot coals by nationally recognized chef and award winning author Dan Huntley. Huntley specializes in bringing Southern and global food traditions such as pig pickings, oyster roast and Lowcountry shrimp boils to crowds around the region.

Appetizers
Boudin Balls - spicy rice/crawfish balls w/remoulade sauce, fried on site and served in Sno-cone cups walked through the crowd.
Charcuterie spread - grilled Argentine chorizo sausage, 10 ft. ropes of sweet fennel sausage, cheeses, dried fruits, nuts & crackers.
Entrees
Mixed Argentine grill - beef tenderloin, skirt steak, spatchcock grilled chickens, leg of lambs.
W/ chimmichurri sauce and grilled baguettes.
Winter greens salad

Kouign Amann croissants topped w/ Dulce de leche
This event is a benefit dinner for Historic Rural Hill and your support is appreciated. Rural Hill is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization and this event is helping to raise funds that will help support our educational programs, farming, and historic preservation efforts. Note: Purchasing a reservation covers the cost of one meal only. A cash bar will be on site to provide wine (by the bottle or glass) for the dinner.
