CERAMICS CAMP:
6/10/19 – 6/13/19; 6/17/19 - 6/18/19, (June 21 is pick up piece only)

INCOMING 7th - 9th grades

Students will explore the medium of ceramics using a potter's wheel as the main tool of expression. Students will also explore glaze and firing considerations. (You will get a little messy.)

Glazing will take place on June 17 and 18. Pick up will be June 21.

DRAMA CAMP #1 – Fiddler on the Roof: 6/10/19 - 6/22/19

INCOMING K - 9th grades

Fiddler on the Roof, JR., an adaptation of the nine-time Tony Award-winning iconic Broadway musical, created by Broadway legends Jerome Robbins, Harold Prince, Jerry Bock, Sheldon Harnick, and Joseph Stein, tackles the universal theme of tradition in ways that reach across barriers of race, class, nationality, and religion. Set in the little village of Anatevka, a colorful and tight-knit Jewish community, Tevye, a poor dairyman, tries to marry off his daughters and instill in them a sense of tradition in the face of growing anti-Semitism in Czarist Russia. Featuring audience favorite tunes such as “Matchmaker, Matchmaker,” “Sunrise, Sunset,” and “To Life, this universal drama is a true musical theatre “tradition!”

Performances will be at 7:00 PM on June 21 and 22. The Cast Party will take place after the show. Tickets will be $5 each on the night of the performance.

BASEBALL CAMP: 6/17/19 - 6/20/19

INCOMING 2nd - 8th grades

Instruction on the fundamental skills of baseball. Includes games and contests within your age group.

CO-ED GOLF CAMP: 6/24/19 - 6/28/19

INCOMING 4th - 12th grades

An entire program of golf fundamentals, rules, etiquette, and safety. Sessions include iron play, wood play, short game and putting.

DRAWING CAMP: 6/24/19 – 6/27/19
INCOMING 7th - 9th grades

Individualized assistance is provided to develop students' skills in drawing. All necessary camp materials will be provided.

SCIENCE INSTITUTE – Biology: Hydroponics-DNA Sequencing - 6/24/19 - 6/26/19

INCOMING 7th – 12th Grade

Explore the science of plants grown hydroponically. Students will engage in hands-on learning regarding basic plant physiology and learn about the technological advances in the genetic modification of plants. The class will discuss the pros and cons of GMOs, and then sequence the DNA from plants grown with and without genetic modifications. This camp will be offered to students entering 7th through 12th grade.

DRAMA CAMP #2 – Frozen, Jr.: 7/8/19 – 7/20/19

INCOMING K - 9th graders

Frozen Jr. is based on the 2018 Broadway musical, and brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production. A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen JR., expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood. With a cast of beloved characters and loaded with magic, adventure, and plenty of humor, Frozen JR. is sure to thaw even the coldest heart!

Performances will be at 7:00 PM on July 19 and 20. The Cast Party will take place after the show. Tickets will be $5 each on the night of the performance.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL CAMP: 7/22/19 - 7/25/19

INCOMING 5th - 12th grades

Instruction on the fundamental skills of volleyball as well as more advanced strategies on offense and defense.

DANCE CAMP: 7/29/19 – 7/31/19

INCOMING K - 8th grades

Enjoy learning the basics of dance, proper stretching techniques and simple jazz progressions with the Varsity Dance Team. Short routines will be taught and all participants will have the opportunity to perform during half-time at an Althoff Catholic football game (Date TBA).

*Please wear dance or tennis shoes and bring a water bottle*
