Get up close and personal with wellness experts during intimate breakout sessions, inspiring keynotes and panel discussions driven by you—industry thought leaders dedicated to workplace wellness.

Wellness resources are abundant and plenty, but how do you convert them into action within your organization? This event will support participants in moving beyond ‘what to do’ to focus on how to create a healthy workplace culture. We created The Wellness Summit to empower organizations to create cultures of wellness that enhance organizational performance.

FAQs

What are my parking options at the event?

Parking is available onsite at the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel. You will require a ticket to get into the lot, which is available at the ticket dispenser as you enter.

We will provide you with a ticket at registration which will void your parking on the way out of the lot. Please be sure to hang on to the ticket when we provide it at registration.

What's the refund policy?

Conference cancellations made by August 10, 2019, are free of charge, with no administration fee.

For cancellations made between August 11 to September 10, 2019 you will be refunded in full, minus a 25 per cent administration fee. For cancellations after September 10, 2019 you will be billed the total cost of your registration.

To avoid cancellation fees, registrations can be transferred to new participants at no additional cost until September 26, 2019. Registrations cannot be transferred after September 26, 2019.

All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted to Eryne Sarabin, conference manager, at info@thewellnesssummit.ca.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You may bring your Eventbrite print out with you when you check in at event registration upon arrival. However, it is not required as we will have your registration at the check-in booths.

Your name badge will also include the itinerary that you have chosen as part of your Eventbrite registration.

Can I earn credits by attending The Wellness Summit?

If you have your Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR) designation, attendance at the summit can be logged towards your continued professional development.

Additional credit options will be explored for next year's event.
