Come join us for a 1 day, 2-person Team competition hosted by CrossFit Goldsboro in Goldsboro, NC. There will be Rx, Scaled, Masters (34+), and Kids team divisions. Divisions-M/M,F/F,and M/F.

-Kids Age Divisions (8-13y/o) (14-16y/o)
-Masters Rx Division (33+) for MM,MF,and FF in an all inclusive division where teams will be scored against each other. in an all inclusive division where teams will be scored against each other. We have 3-Master's Combined Age Groups- (70-80yrs, 80-90yrs, 90-100, 100+) (100+ yrs Division mininum age required is 45yrs old)
-Masters/Kids are an all inclusive division where teams will be scored against each other regarless of MM,FF, or MF


Teams will do 3 WODs and the top (6-8) teams from ea division will advance on to the final workout.

CrossFit Goldsboro is preparing an awesome event that will test your ability to tackle the foundational 10 skills of FITNESS! Grab a team mate, and prepare to have FUN! This is a great competition for those who have just started CrossFit or those who have been doing it for years. This is designed to test you on every level.

The weights for RX division will include any weight/movements from the Crossfit Open and Regional events from 2012-2019! You should be competent in thrusters, cleans, OHS, snatch, push-jerks, Assault Bike, Rowing, C2B, T2B, Rope Climbs, or a major strength efficiency. Finals will include high skill demands like Ring/Bar MU, HSPU, rope climbs, Pistols, BB Complexes.

Masters-Similar movements as RX but with some modifications to weights

Scaled- Should be competent in thrusters, pwr cleans, pwr snatch, burpees, DB Pwr Snatch, Assault Bike, Rowing, at least one partner with 2-3 Unbroken Pull Ups at a time. Scaled will not need the following: chest to bar, double unders, legless rope climbs, full snatches, pistols. Finals may include slightly higher difficulties.
Crossfit Kids- May include rowing, light wallballs, Front Sqaut 20lbs, Burpees, 12-16” Box Jumps, Light DB Pwr Snatch (10-15lbs), Shuttle Runs, Light KB Movements. Not the following: Pull Ups, T2B, Double Unders, or Heavy Barbells
