Description

Please join MENTOR Independence Region and Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region for the 2018 Youth Mentoring Summit!

This event will bring together some the nation’s foremost thought leaders in the field of mentoring, along with other experts in the public, private and philanthropic sectors to discuss, explore and debate topics such as social equity, the power and impact of mentoring and the importance of investing in youth mentoring as an effective tool for creating a better future for them and our communities.

You’ll hear from corporate leaders of some of the world’s most recognizable brands talk about why investing in the community isn’t only the right thing to do, but why it also makes good business sense. You will also have the opportunity to interact with some of the region’s powerhouse philanthropic leaders to get a better understanding of why they give, and what they expect to achieve through their grant making. You will not want to miss this event.
