Event description

Description

The Chi Alpha chapter of Phi Gamma Delta at Clemson University is hosting our 2nd Annual Frank Norris Pig Dinner at the Death Valley West End Zone Complex on Saturday, April 21st at 6:30pm. We are looking forward to welcoming home Chi Alpha graduates from the 70's and 80's, as well as our recent graduates from 2016 and 2017! In addition to our grads, our undergraduate brother's parents, advisors, and other Fiji brothers are invited to attend as well to make this event a great success.

The event will consist of a catered meal, special awards & recognitions, speakers representing the Chi Alpha chapter, and great view over Death Valley.

Phi Gamma Delta's Norris Pig Dinners are the most widely observed and longest continually running, chapter-based, annual graduate event in the Greek world. The first Pig Dinner was held at the University of California Berkeley in 1893. In 1902, the Pig Dinner was dedicated in memory of Frank Norris (California Berkeley 1894), whose sense of humor created the event that has become an annual ceremony throughout Phi Gamma Delta.
