Description

The UAB Department of Surgery is pleased to invite you to attend the 2018 UAB General Surgery CME Course at the The Westin Birmingham. Friday Grand Rounds style lectures will include technical updates in breast, melanoma, and endocrine surgery; benign GI surgery; malignant GI surgery; trauma, emergency general surgery; and vascular surgery. This year's program will include case presentations and a video session. Visiting surgeons Allan Tsung, M.D. and Mike K. Liang, M.D. will serve as the event's featured speakers. Tsung is the Vice Chair of Research at the University of Pittsburg Department of Surgery, while Liang is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
