Event Details

The Tech Alliance’s annual State of Technology Luncheon is a not-to-be-missed event that attracts an exclusive group of more than 800 of the region’s top business, education, research, and government officials. This year we are thrilled to welcome Glenn Kelman, CEO of Redfin, as the featured speaker at our luncheon. Under Glenn's leadership, Redfin has transformed the real estate market using big data to democratize how we look for and purchase our homes. Redfin's tremendously successful IPO in the summer of 2017 further solidified its position as a leading disrupter in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Redfin, Glenn co-founded Plumtree Software, a Sequoia-backed, publicly traded company that created the enterprise portal software market. Glenn was raised in Seattle and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a regular contributor to the Redfin blog and Twitter. A sought-after speaker, Glenn's State of Technology conversation promises to be both engaging and entertaining.

In addition to the Redfin CEO, the event will feature both local civic leaders using housing data to inform urban planning, and locally-grown companies like Blokable, a technology company that is dramatically increasing the supply of high-quality, affordable housing by creating scalable and customizable housing options from a single framework; Quadrant Homes, a large builder integrating smart and green technology into every new home they build; and Loftium, a local company that is creatively rethinking entry points for new home buyers.

Housing, homes, tech and big data - the Tech Alliance's 2018 annual luncheon is not to be missed! Reserve your seat by clicking on the green "order now" button. If you have questions or are interested in becoming a luncheon sponsor, please contact the Technology Alliance: email or visit

Thank you to our event sponsors!
