Do you have Tums in your purse, your office and your medicine cabinet for upset stomachs?

You are not alone! With the constant pressure to be perfect, demanding deadlines and unrelenting responsibilities, we're stressed out, tired, and burnt out. Sadly, we don't know what to do to fix it.

Fortunately, there are small life style shifts that you can incorporate into your daily life without quitting your job, having nervous breakdown or getting a dire health prognosis.

You've spent the holidays making everyone else happy, now is the time to focus on you. In four weeks, you'll learn why we feel bad and how to feel better quickly.

Week 1: Put your oxygen mask on first: taking care of yourself
Week 2: Calming your mind enough to escape the to-do list
Week 3: Diet tips to feel better quickly and easily
Week 4: Enlightening your spirit

Take some time to connect with other moms like you in a comfortable, non-judgemental setting. Sweatpants, ponytails and slippers encouraged.
