Oregon AWHONN Conference Committee cordially invites you to exhibit at our fall conference! This year’s conference will be held on the picturesque Oregon coast. Women's Health, Obstetrics, and Neonatal Nurses and nurse leaders from around the state of Oregon and neighboring states will be present. Each year we greatly value vendor participation and look forward to having you at our event this year. We had a fabulous turn out of over 225 attendees last year and anticipate similar if not greater numbers this year.

For 2018 we have developed additional sponsorship packages for you to choose from. Each package will provide various opportunities for vendors to share their products and services. In addition, participants will have more time to visit the exhibitors this year.

Sponsorship Levels

Gold $900

1. Breakfast or Lunch event sponsorship with logo sign present on buffet. *
2. Larger logo in Oregon AWHONN newsletter and emails to potential and registered attendees *
3. Attendee contact list (optional attendee participation)
4. Up to 3 exhibitors at no additional charge
5. Highlighted Logo on Exhibitor Passport card (Scavenger Hunt) *
6. Exhibit booth: includes standard table, power outlet and room for equipment display

Silver $750

Optional add ons:

• Door prize participation: You are welcome to offer a door prize raffle at your booth. We will arrange the date & time of your booth raffle announcement from your booth. The vendor door prizes will not wait until the end of the conference.
• Each vendor will be entered into a drawing to win an overnight stay at Salishan.
• Additional exhibitor at booth: $100 per person (covers cost of food)

* Exhibitor Passport will be used to collect stamps from each booth by attendees and then be placed in a drawing on the final day for a prize provided by the conference committee. Please send your hi-res company Logo to communications@oregonawhonn.org by 9/1/18.

Late registrations will require an additional $100.00

Payment in full must be received prior to admittance to the conference (please and thank you). If payment is not received by start of conference, immediate payment will be required prior to set up.
