Description

Nourish will be hosting four community dinners in 2018. Each event will feature a 3-course seasonal meal and theme.

Wednesday, March 14 - St Patrick’s Day

Location: Nourish Office (1332 S 13th Street, Sheboygan)

Live Music: Irish music by Leek Creek

  • Appetizer: Scones with spiced butter and fruit chutney.
  • First Course: Mixed greens salad with house-made salad dressing.
  • Main Course: House cured, grass fed corned Century Farms beef and Springdale Farms potatoes, carrots, and roasted cabbage.
  • Dessert: Pots de creme with Irish shortbread.
  • Beverage: Assortment of hot teas.

All guests will be eligible to win one of three $20 gift cards for 52 Stafford Irish Inn & Pub in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Generously donated by 52 Stafford Irish Inn & Pub.


Wednesday, June 20 - Spring Strings on the Farm

Location: Educational Urban Farm (Across from RCS Empowers, 1607 Geele Avenue, Sheboygan)

Music: TBD

  • Appetizer: House-made crackers with assorted local cheeses, radishes, and scallions.
  • First Course: Mixed greens salad with house-made salad dressing.
  • Main Course: Grilled trout, asparagus, mixed grain pilaf.
  • Dessert: Rhubarb cream puffs.
  • Beverage: Strawberry Lemonade.


Wednesday, August 22 - Garden Pizza and Pipes

Location: Educational Urban Farm (Across from RCS Empowers, 1607 Geele Avenue, Sheboygan)

Music: TBD

  • Appetizer: Caprese salad made with heirloom garden tomatoes.
  • First Course: Fresh seasonal garden salad.
  • Main Course: Grilled pizza with Nourish Educational Urban Farm fresh veggies, local cheese and meats, house-made crusts, and various sauces.
  • Dessert: Fresh fruit sorbet (raspberry or blackberry).
  • Beverage: Seasonal Infused Water.


Wednesday, November 14 - Fall Harvest

Location: TBD

Music: TBD

  • Appetizer: House-made bread with savory dips and sweet butter.
  • First Course: Spinach salad with toasted pumpkin seeds and house-made dressing.
  • Main Course: Ginger glazed pork, roasted brussels sprouts, stuffed baked apples.
  • Dessert: Sweet potato cheesecake.
  • Seasonal Beverage: Spiced Ginger Beverage.

Each event will include an appetizer, beverages, a 3 course meal featuring local produce and a relaxing evening.

Dinners are $20 for adults, $10 for children 12 years old and younger, and free for children 5 years old and younger.
