If phoning please state arrival and departure dates and ask for the MSA Coalition group discounted rate of $216 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees).

Note: A limited number of ADA handicap rooms are available to reserve by phoning the hotel directly at their local number.  Call 650-347-1234 and dial ext. 2775 Monday  Friday between 8:30am – 5:00pm and ask for their In-House Reservations Department. You can also email Hyatt.SFO.Events@hyatt.com. Remember to also ask for the MSA Coalition group rate when booking ($216 per night). 

We have been informed that walk-in showers are available in standard King size rooms. Note: If a standard King size room will meet your needs we appreciate if you not reserve the ADA rooms but leave these for others with greater mobility needs. We highly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to check if the room will meet your needs or to arrange for any additional special equipment. It is your right to request reasonable accommodations to suit your needs.

 INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER:

  1. Please click REGISTER and select the number of persons you are registering in your party then click CHECKOUT. *** THIS IS A FREE EVENT ***

  2. Scroll down and complete a separate registration form for each person in your party.  IMPORTANT: Please fill in the proper name for each person in your party.  They will receive a pre-printed name badge on arrival.  Note all items with a red star are required fields.

  3. At the bottom of the screen please click COMPLETE REGISTRATION.

  4. You will receive a confirmation message on the screen as well as a confirmation email.  Please review the email and double check all details.  You may return to this site at any time and make corrections.

  5. Please note this event will be videotaped.  Please see this link to review the video/image release agreement and opt to agree or disagree during the registration process.

  6. Note that submitting your registration constitutes your signature agreeing to and confirming all information provided herein.

What costs are associated with conference attendance?
Attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses.  A number of complimentary meals and refreshments will be provided. Admission to this annual conference is FREE OF CHARGE.  We are grateful for the ongoing support of generous donors and sponsors.

How can I make a Donation?

Is there an ADA handicap equipped airport shuttle?

Is there an airport shuttle?
Complimentary airport shuttle.  Note this shuttle is shared with the Marriott.  It will stop at the Marriott first, then it will proceed to Hyatt Regency Airport hotel. 


How much for a taxi from the airport?
Taxi's one way will be around $18 – $25 depending on Taxi company and size of the car.


Is there parking available at the hotel?
Self-Parking will be $15 with in & out access & $35 for valet with in & out access.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes, please return to the site to update your information at any time.   If you find at a later date that you are unable to attend the conference, please go online to cancel or contact us directly at conference@multiplesystematrophy.org or 1-866-737-4999 as early as possible so that your spot may be given to others and to avoid unnecessary charges to the Coalition based on per person fees. Thank you.


More people are coming in my party than originally planned, can I add their details to my registration?

Please log in and request additional tickets for the new people in your party and include their names and all details.  These will not be linked to your original ticket order but will be a separate ticket order. Note that proper names of every attendee are required so we can print their name badge in advance.


I found I am unable to attend the event, how do I cancel my registration?

Please find the email that was sent to you confirming your registration, at the bottom under Your Account you will find a Log In link to manage your orders. Sign in there, click on your order and then click Cancel Order. You will receive an email notifying you that your cancellation is confirmed.  Should you need assistance, please contact us Toll Free at 1-866-737-4999 email: conference@multiplesystematrophy.org 


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Bringing your ticket is not required but may help speed up the check-in process.  A list of attendees and a printed name badge will be waiting at the event when you check-in.


Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Note that proper names of every attendee are requested in advance so we can have printed name badges prepared ahead of time.  We appreciate if you can let us know of any changes before the day of the conference. (Please contact us Toll Free at 1-866-737-4999 email: conference@multiplesystematrophy.org) If the attendees in your party have changed at the last minute, we are happy to create a name badge on the day of the conference.
