Knowledge is Power, Know Your Resources

The North Central Indiana Comprehensive Sickle Cell Initiative's goal is to raise awareness of Sickle Cell issues, through education and screening efforts.

This conference bringes about awareness for youth that are transitioning from pediatric to adult care, focusing on many of the barriers for this transition, as well as navigating the healthcare system. Individuals will be empowered to take control of their life.


There will be referrals and resources available.

Further details regarding speakers and organizations represented will be posted as the date approaches.

Online registration begins May 14, 2018, and closes August 31, 2018.

Certificates will be available. Please note that your name will appear exactly as you enter it during the registration process.
