Event description

Description

The faculty of Jacobi Medical Center Department of Dentistry and Oral Surgery, located in Bronx, NY, present their annual lecture on surgical orthodontics, highlighting interesting aspects of surgical treatment as it relates to the orthodontist. We present new and challenging treatment concepts along with essentials of orthognathics to better educate orthodontists in how to treat these often-complex patients.

Topics this year include:

  • Mandibular Midline Distraction

  • Severe Class III correction

  • Obstructive Sleep Apnea

  • 3D Surgical Planning

  • Recovering from Diaster

The lecture is worth 6 ADA-CERP CE credit hours. Lunch and light snacks will be provided.

Regsitration fees are

  • $35 for orthodontists
  • Free for current orthodontic residents*
  • $20 discount is offered for current orthodontic faculty*

* proof of credentials from an orthodontic program is required or your registration may be cancelled
