Join coaches from around the region for the 4th Annual Illinois Council of Instructional Coaching (ICIC) Conference. This year we will feature well-known author Jane Kise. School coaches, leaders, and district facilitators will present on various topics related to 6-12 instructional coaching, including: team coaching, overcoming resistant teachers, building a strong culture of coaching, instructional strategies, best practices for coaching, mentoring first- and second-year coaches, communicating coaching effectiveness with administrators, and supporting future coaches.
