The 2018 Facilities Management Maximo Users Group (FMMUG) annual workshop and meeting will be held February 11-14, 2018. This year, our meeting will be held at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel.

Your registration includes training, workshop/breakouts and networking opportunities targeted to Facilities Managers, Maintenance Users and Planners/Schedulers.

Breakfast and lunch are included Monday and Tuesday (and Wednesday for workshop attendees) in the price of your registration, as well as a welcome reception on Sunday, Feb 11th, and vendor reception, on the

Sunday, Feb 11th:
Optional Morning tour, Early Badge pickup and welcome reception.

Monday, Feb 12th:
Presentations by IBM and fellow facilities specialists, followed by breakout sessions tailored to Maximo users. Vendors will be available in the Vendor area.

Monday Evening: Vendor reception and showcase
Join us for a complimentary reception while visiting with vendors who understand your software needs. Get valuable one-on-one information from the experts, and stay for prize drawings through out the evening.

Tuesday , Feb 13th:
Presentations by IBM and fellow users, followed by breakout sessions tailored to Maximo facilities users.

How do I pay by check/by invoice?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization. Changes must be made by January 06, 2018 to ensure a badge is ready at the show.

Is there a discounted rate at the Renaissance Seattle?
Yes. A link will be made available closer to the event.

Onsite parking is available.Valet parking $55 USD daily, Self-Park $43 USD Daily.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to bring your ticket, but it will make your registration go faster

What is the refund policy?
Tickets are fully refundable until December 18th. From December 19th to January 12th, refunds will incur a $50 penalty. After January 12th, they are non-refundable.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We need to receive notice in writing via email stating there was a transfer.
