Register today for our 4th Annual "Dose of Awareness" 5K Walk and Health Expo

FREE Health Expo - Family Friendly - Fun, Interactive Youth Activities - Great Exhibitors!

5K Walk $25/person (Includes T-shirt and Kids 12 and under walk FREE!)

The Alameda County MEDS Coalition

The Alameda County Medication Education and Safety Disposal (MEDS) Coalition originated in 2008 from the Alameda County Senior Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) Workgroup. We are a diverse group of stakeholders including Alameda county older adult residents, Teleosis Institute, CommPre, a program of Horizon Services, Inc., Castro Valley Community Action Network, United Seniors of Oakland and Alameda County, Alameda County Senior Injury Prevention Partnership, Alameda County Household Hazardous Waste Agency, Alameda County Sheriff's Office, Alameda Health Care Services Agency, Eden Township Healthcare District, Davis Street Resource Center, East Bay Municipal Utility District, Union Sanitary District, Castro Valley Sanitary District, Alameda County Water Districts, and Alameda County Supervisor Nate Miley. FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No. All ages are welcome to attend and participate in the Health Expo and the Walk.

What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?

Plenty of free parking available on site!

Can I bring my dog to the event?

Yes! Well behaved dogs, on leash, are welcomed at the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It will help to speed up the check-in process if you have your ticket with you.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, please email us at info@ncapda.org if you want to transfer your ticket by March 15, 2018.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, but only if the ticket has been transferred prior to March 15, 2018 and the attendee has completed the event waiver.
