Please join us for our third annual Diabetes Conference in Vallejo, CA. You will learn practical skills and strategies to implement in your practice right away and improve treatment outcomes. As an academic leader in diabetes research and education, Touro welcomes all interested clinicians to participate and gain practical tools for diabetes management. Regional and national experts will address key aspects of care that affect busy providers including medications, complications, and team approaches to care for patients with diabetes.

AMA PRA and AOA CME credits will be available. Approved for 7.25 AAFP Prescribed credits.
