Join us in welcoming Judge Joan E. Donoghue of the International Court of Justice. Judge Donoghue was elected to the ICJ in 2010, after serving as Principal Deputy Legal Advisor at the U.S. State Department. Her lecture will mark the first time that a sitting judge of the International Court of Justice is speaking at The John Marshall Law School.
