I’m too old,

I’m not capable,

I don’t have what it takes,

So, forget about it!

Now is the time to stop allowing It, what you’ve experienced, to control your life. Now is the time to break free and maximize your potential to live the life you were created to live! Now’s the time to Climb Higher and

Be Inspired to Come Out of What Was…

Sylvia Duncan, known as The Life Detox Coach, is an Author, Inspirational Speaker, and the founder of The Duncan Approach, a series of focused workshops and coaching programs designed to encourage and inspire participants to pursue Wholeness in every area of their life to live life with purpose on purpose. A surviving witness of Domestic Violence, Sylvia believes that what we’ve experienced is meant to be shared to help others realize their purpose in life. She knows what it feels like to endure, yet overcome adversity; as a child, growing up in the Stateway Gardens housing project in Chicago, Illinois, watching the physical abuse of her mother and ultimately the shooting death of her father. The effects of the violence manifested in low self-esteem, low self-confidence, inferiority, bitterness, and shame. Sylvia overcame the negative effects of the past and teaches others to do the same.
