WE MET OUR MATCH: THE MERITS OF A MERGER

This year's Meet & Match will mark the official launch of Skills for Good, a new program of Chicago Cares that leverages WomenOnCall's skills-based volunteerism model and technology platform. The evening will celebrate the merger of WomenOnCall and Chicago Cares and share more details on how you as a volunteer, nonprofit, corporation and community member will benefit.

The event will feature a conversation onstage between Leslie Bluhm, Co-Founder of Chicago Cares and Margot Pritzker, Founder of WomenOnCall, to discuss the benefits of collaboration in the nonprofit sector and share lessons learned. Following the presentation, participants will speed-network with the 50 diverse, local nonprofits in attendance on short-term, skills-based volunteer projects.

Wednesday, February 7th, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Chase Tower, 10 South Dearborn, Plaza Level

Space is limited. Register today.

About the Meet & Match

Since 2006, WomenOnCall has held 12 of its signature Meet & Match events in Chicago to connect nonprofits with highly-skilled professionals on short-term, high-impact volunteer projects. Via a fun and fast-paced speed-networking format, the Meet & Match brings nonprofits and professionals face-to-face on skills-based volunteer projects that require approximately 10 hours of service or less. Each event helps nonprofits to identify the right skilled volunteers for specific projects and encourages volunteers to leverage their skills on causes that matter to them.
