Event description

A common challenge that ministers face is the prospect of constructing a year-long church development plan that engages congregation leaders at all levels, provides a systematic evaluation and improvement process, and outlines a step-by-step execution guide. The result is often a lack of focus, inconsistency, intentionality, and ultimately a failure to move the congregation forward in a systematic way.

The Center for Church Leadership has responded by developing an annual Summit in that focuses on a rotating list of topics including Stewardship, Church Leadership & Development, Evangelism, Discipleship, and Proclamation. The Summit is used to introduce and launch that year’s plan and all of the corresponding tools and resources.

This year, we are focusing on Church Leadership & Development.
