Important Registration Information:

  • Global Youth Institute (Oct. 18-20): This year, we will offer a new opportunity for Borlaug Dialogue attendees to engage with young Borlaug Scholars participating in our World Food Prize Global Youth Institute.

Each year, more than 200 exceptional high school and collegiate delegates are selected from around the world to participate in the World Food Prize Global Youth Institute. At this inspiring event, young leaders present and discuss their solutions to global food security challenges with their peers and a panel of international experts, tour cutting-edge industrial and research facilities, and take part in discussions with global leaders in science, industry and policy.

At the conclusion of the Borlaug Dialogue on Friday afternoon, registered attendees will have the chance to join in the culminating Student Roundtable Presentations, which will take place at the Iowa Events Center in Downtown Des Moines. Presentations will conclude at approximately 6:00 PM, with a reception to follow. If you are interested in engaging with future hunger fighters at the Global Youth Institute, you will be able to register on August 15th (this will be a separate registration from the Borlaug Dialogue). More information about this unique engagement to come.
