Event description

Description

There is an increasing need for the workplace to manage the risk of disruptive, angry and even violent behavior from employees, vendors and the public. Psychological Fitness for Duty (FFD) evaluations help employers decrease workplace risk related to safety and returning to work. They also offer guidance on defensible plans for re-integration.

Is my employee’s disruptive behavior cause for concern? What can I do about his questionable state of mental health? What are the implications of FFD evaluations? When and how should these evaluations be used? How can we make sense of workplace shootings?

Join us at the 2018 Advisory Conference for answers to these questions. Our speakers and panel members will discuss:

  • Violent mindset
  • Intervention tools to assess and mitigate violent behavior
  • Affective and predatory violence
  • Considerations in deciding between FFD evaluations
