Introductory Session. This is a time to learn more about mindfulness, how it can be helpful in our lives, and how we work with mindfulness in this course. It is a chance to ask questions and register if you choose.
This session lasts about 1 hour. Please plan on attending the Intro Session that corresponds with the class you are interested in taking. For example, if you are interested in a Tuesday evening class, plan to attend the Tuesday evening Intro Session for that class series.
Below will be the full class schedule for you to consider. Please note while all of the classes are held on Tuesday with one exception on class 3 to be held on Monday 2-13-17 due to Valentines day.
