The first step for registering for the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course is to attend the Free Introductory Session. This is a time to learn more about mindfulness, how it can be helpful in our lives, and how we work with mindfulness in this course. It is a chance to ask questions and register if you choose.
This session lasts about 1 hour. Please plan on attending the Intro Session that corresponds with the class you are interested in taking. For example, if you are interested in a Tuesday evening class, plan to attend the Tuesday evening Info Session for that class series.
