Note: Our online registration through Eventbrite will ask you about the quantity of "tickets" you want, but, for our purpose, each "ticket" is equal to one volunteer slot. A group of ten people should ask for 10 tickets. Volunteers ages 14 and under DO NOT need a "ticket" as they will be accompanying their parents.

Event Details

Potential Volunteer Assignments:

Loader/Spotter - Loads the appropriate weight onto the bars, then acts as a spotter during the lift.

Stager - Places the athletes in order of lifts and make sure they are up to lift at the appropriate time.

Runner - Moves messages/paperwork between committee personnel and judges.

Awards Volunteer - Responsible for lining up athletes in correct awards order and prepares awards for distribution. 

Attire: Please dress for comfort and mobility.  Wear comfortable shoes - you will be on your feet most of the time.

Parking: General parking is limited available at the venue.

For security purposes, please make sure to bring a current photo ID with you to the volunteer check-in area.
