Description

Join us for our Executive Luncheon where Jillian Loyden, former USWNT goalkeeper, shares her personal story of triumphs and tribulations.

True champions, in both sports and business, are distinguished by how they excel in the face of obstacles and fierce competition. We will explore the connection between winning players and successful leaders.
What makes a champion? High-performing individuals and teams demonstrate grit, mental agility, and resilience. They create a culture of trust, combining equal parts confidence and accountability. They also have a strong desire to succeed.

In sports, just as in business, success takes many forms – ranking first, outdoing your competition, and helping your team members develop their skills. Our keynote speaker Jillian Loyden will explore the winning traits of being a successful athlete who has trained her body and mind for competitive high performance. Tap in to the lessons she has learned along her journey and take away tips for creating your own next big win.

Jillian Loyden majored in Comprehensive Science at Villanova University. During her senior year she was the first player to be named Big East Goalkeeper of the Year three years in a row.

Loyden is an assistant coach for the NWSL Sky Blue FC. She is also the CEO and Founder of The Keeper Institute, an all-encompassing training school that aims to educate young aspiring goalkeepers in every component of the game.

Loyden established The Jillian Loyden foundation in honor of her sister Britton Loyden who passed away as a victim of domestic violence in 2012. This foundation empowers and inspires children and young adults as they face life's challenges.
