The 13th Annual Western Maryland Democratic Summit will feature appearances by Maryland's Democratic Party leadership and elected officials; valuable workshops and exhibits on topics of interest to activists, candidates, and political junkies; and networking opportunities that have established the Summit’s reputation as a signature event in Maryland politics.
