APPLICATION PROCESS: Please read and abide by the following information to ensure the success of the event. And please make sure that your staff/volunteers read this sheet as well. We appreciate your cooperation!

  1. Fulton County Mission Group reserves the right to accept or decline any applications at its discretion.
  2. Each vendor must submit an individual application and payment.
  3. SETUPbegins at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday October 22, 2017. Vendors must be ready for operation by 11:30 a.m.
  4. ELECTRICITY: There is no electricity. You must provide your own generator/power/propane, extinguisher, etc.
  5. STAFFING: Vendors must staff their exhibits during the entire event from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  6. ADVERTISING:Please promote the event to the best of your ability. Posters/flyers, email lists, websites,   Facebook pages, Twitter, etc. are all great ways of reaching your public. We will do our part to reach our public and the public at-large, but together we can reach even more.
  7. PARKING:Free parking for vendors is in the main parking area. You can unload right at your car and walk your materials to your assigned spot. The park is not large. It’s just right. For this reason, please do not unload on Atlanta Ave unless absolutely necessary.
  8. PARKING: No vehicles, trailers, or trucks of any kind are allowed in the park. No exceptions.
  9. SPACE: Vendors will be assigned spots [100 sq ft max] and should remain in their designated area so as to avoid confusion and consternation.
  10. REQUIRED: Tents are required of all vendors (EZ UP style/exhibition). You must bring your own. Tents should be no bigger than 10’ x 10’ (larger tents need special advance permission from the city). Camping Tents are NOT permitted. You may arrange your booth space as you see fit. Cooking grills are NOT permitted under a tent or covering at any time.
  11. TENT STAKES: Stakes larger than a real-estate type sign may not be used at the park. Weights are acceptable and must leave with you.
  12. TABLES: You must bring your own table(s) (8 feet maximum) along with chairs and needed trash bags. Feel free to bring as many tables as you feel you need. NOTE: they must all fit beneath your tent. Other arrangements for ADDITIONAL PAID-FOR SPACE must be made beforehand.
  13. TABLECLOTHS: All tables must be covered with tablecloths. Vendors must provide their own tablecloths that extend and fully cover even the area beneath the table. No exceptions.
  14. SIGNAGE: All vendors must have a banner or sign identifying themselves. Whiteboards and chalkboards are acceptable. Handwritten signs on poster paper are deemed tacky and present poorly.
  15. SIGNAGE: Food vendors must have signage for menus, ALLERGEN INFORMATION and prices.
  16. PAYMENT: Clearly alert customers of your preferred method of payment: cash, card, or check. There will be no ATM and FCMG assumes no risk or liability for payment issues. Nor will the event promoters be involved in disputes of any kind.
  17. TRASH: Vendors must have their own trash bags on hand. (Optional: have to-go bags for your customers). Please keep the area around your booth clean and neat during and after the event. We want to leave the park looking better than when we arrived.
  18. TRASH- All food vendors are expected to provide a safe and suitable ground cover within their booth and under their cooking area for the sake of droppings. No grease or gray water is to be poured into or on the ground or down drains. It is the vendors’ responsibility to safely remove these liquids from the event site. If you are found to violate this rule, you will be asked to leave the event grounds and may be subject to City and County ordinances as it relates to the disposal of these materials
  19. SANITATION: Vendors must provide food gloves for food handlers and are expected to change them regularly. FCMG will have extra on hand as needed.
  20. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:All food sold or given away must be vegan/vegetarian. Vegan means no animal flesh, fat, broth, gelatin, egg, or dairy.
  21. RAIN OR SHINE: This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given to vendors for inclement weather or other occurrence out of our control. Fulton County Mission Group is in no way liable and will not be held responsible for events that force a cancellation including but not limited to severe weather, war, protest, terrorism, marshall law, or state of emergency.
    • Please do not play music at your location as it may disturb/distract others.
    • Please be neighborly. Feel free to help your neighbors set up tents, tables, etc., and/or carry items to their booth space if they need it. We will have volunteers assisting vendors as well.
    • We would appreciate if food vendors allowed FCMG volunteers (in designated t-shirts and name tags) to bypass the regular lines so that they can return to duty as soon as possible.
    • The community event ends at 5:00 p.m, leaving you with one hour to clean up. Please don’t leave early. If your food runs out, visit other booths and enjoy the event.
  22. Vendors agree to make no claim for any reason against event coordinators or The City of Hapeville for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of goods, nor for injury to themselves, employees, volunteers, or visitors incurred at the event.
  23. HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER- ALL VENDORS will be required to fill out the waiver of liability agreement emailed to you. This form will cover all volunteers/employees/helpers of vendors. This form must be filled out in its entirety by you and your team and must be submitted prior to the opening of the Event. (mail or email). You cannot participate without submitting this form. Please review it before submitting your payment.
