2017 UC Davis Pre-Health Conference Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration

Please take a minute to read through the entire event description to find the arrangement that is right for your organization.
The 2017 event will host 4,500 pre-health students from across California. Students from all UCs, CSU and community colleges come for this large event on the UC Davis campus. This is a great opportunity to recruit a diverse student population. All health professions are represented, and students are eager to learn more about your institution.
New this year:
If you sponsor any portion of the conference, you will receive ONE REGULAR table at no cost. If you plan to sponsor the conference for as low as $1,000, please do NOT register for a table at this time. Please visit our Sponsorship page!
Our Sponsorship Page will assist you in selecting your desired sponsorship options. Please take a look at these options as you will be asked to select your choices at the end of Sponsorship Registration. If you would like more information on sponsorship options, please fill out our "Sponsor Interest Form" and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
If you wish to purchase a Premium table or more than one table, please proceed with purchasing these additional tables.* If you have any questions about this, please contact Joanne at 530-304-8293 or email prehealthconference.ucdavis.edu
*If you sponsor but choose to purchase a premium table, you should proceed with purchasing your premium table(s). You do not receive a credit for the $300 table if you sponsor but also want a premium table. You may elect to keep your free regular table in addition to purchasing a premium table. We will contact you regarding your sponsorship, at which point you can indicate your interest in doing so

Regular tables cost $300 and will be grouped by profession. Organizations may request to be placed in a "mixed" section, commonly used for schools with multiple health profession programs. You can purchase up to two regular six-foot tables. Each purchase allows two representatives' parking, breakfast, lunch, participation at the first ever networking reception with attendees, and access to our 2nd Annual Recognition Brunch on Sunday.
Premium tables cost $1000 and are placed along the front row. Premium tabling is limited. Organizations may purchase only two premium tables. Each six foot table purchase entitles you to two representatives' parking, breakfast, lunch, participation at the first ever networking reception with attendees, and access to our 2nd Annual Recognition Brunch on Sunday.
While completing registration, please only enter the information that is needed for your ticket type and quantity. If registering for one exhibitor table please only fill out information for two representatives. If registering for two exhibitor tables please fill out information for four representatives.
Check payments are available at checkout for exhibitors. Sponsors will not be able to check out using the online system. Those wishing to sponsor will be contacted directly in order to complete the necessary paperwork. You will be sent an invoice if you submit a check/invoice payment. Payments must be received by September 29, 2017.
