The York Saint Patrick's Day Parade Committee is planning the return of its delicious fundraiser, "There's Guinness In It," featuring approximately one dozen area restaurants and caterers creating a menu item containing Guinness. The event will take place 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2017, at Central Market House, 34 West Philadelphia Street in downtown York.
Guests will be able to sample a variety of sweet and savory Guinness-inspired delicacies as they roam through Central Market.

NEW FOR 2017: Also available at the event this year: Rockfish Public House will be on hand with an oyster shucking station for those who wish to purchase oysters. Look for them in the Performance Kitchen area. Please note that oysters are not included in the ticket price. This is an added featured this year and will make a nice pairing with Guinness. Rockfish staff prefers cash but will accept credit cards for the purchase of oysters.
Tickets are $25 each and include a sampling from each participating restaurant/caterer, samples of Guinness products, and water from The York Water Company.
Tickets must be purchased by January 26 and will not be available at the door.
Everyone attending will be entered to win door prizes including tickets to the Penn-Mar Irish Festival and assorted Irish gifts.
