MONDAY, APRIL 3
Taste of St. Croix Farmers Market
Join us for a pop-up Farmers market from 10am-3pm featuring locally sourced produce and products. This event gives our local farmers, fisherman and craftspeople an opportunity to showcase their products to Taste of St. Croix chefs and participants. Open to the public, location Shan Hendrick’s Market (next to the Christiansted Post Office).
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5
Taste of the Town
Dine, sip & stroll on a tour of Christiansted's historic courtyards, restaurants and secret spots. Guided by a St. Croix historic ambassador with entertaining stories of the island's culture, heroes and folklore, you'll stop for pairing of delicious bites, wine tastings and finish up with a party full of live music, dancing & cordials. Tour starts at Martini’s for champagne and tapas followed by a visit to balter for appetizers and wine. Your third stop is Zion Modern Kitchen for dinner paired with perfect wines and you’ll finish your tour with dessert and cocktails at Aqua Studios. Two Tours to choose from: 5:15 PM and 6:00 PM. Admission $100pp
THURSDAY, APRIL 6
Taste of St. Croix
The event that started it all, Taste of St. Croix is St. Croix's premier, sell-out event that celebrates the diversity of the island's culinary industry. With more than 50 restaurants, chefs, caterers, and farmers on the island participating annually, this is a perfect opportunity to see, taste, and connect with the newest culinary trends and who’s creating them. Held at Divi Carina Bay Resort. Gates open at 6PM. General Admission: $95pp
SATURDAY, APRIL 8
Children come together to learn and experience a hands-on cooking class. Led by celebrity and local chefs, budding chefs age 7-12 will take part in preparing dishes utilizing local foods with healthy recipes. Held at Pearl B. Larsen School. Two classes: 9AM for 7 & 8 year olds - Parent/Guardian Required; 11AM for 9-12 olds - One adult per child is welcome to chaperone. Admission: $35per child
SUNDAY, APRIL 9
Cuisine on the Green
Whether you play golf or not this is a fun and deliciously entertaining event. Every other hole of this stunning Robert Trent Jones golf course has creative food and beverage pairings from local restaurants and chefs. You can participate as a Golfer ($200) or a Taster ($75) ticket.
Taste of St. Croix is a 501(c)3 organization and has donated more than $350,000 to community programs and local organizations since its inception. In 2016, Taste of St. Croix gave $10,000 to The Lighthouse Mission, granted two full time scholarships to the UVI Hospitality program, and established a travel fund for high school culinary competitions.
